Can I place an order with kylix.gr without having registered for an account?
Of course you can, as long as your personal data is registered properly. This information will subsequently stored securely in our records. An account is useful (mainly) so that we can keep in touch with our customers regarding news, special offers etc.
What ways do I have at my disposal to order from kylix.gr?
You can order online, you can also order by sending an email to the address eshop@kylix.gr, and you can also place an order over the telephone, by calling our main number: +30 210-7242217.
What are the hours of operation of kylix.gr?
As an e-shop, kylix.gr can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. However, you can contact us by telephone or email during the hours of 10:00 and 22:00, on working days and Saturdays, excluding the months of July and August, during which our Summer hours of operation apply.
What are the Summer hours of operation of kylix.gr?
During July and August, our operating hours are 10:00 am to 21:00 pm for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and 10:00 am to 20:00 pm for Mondays and Wednesdays. On Saturday our operating hours are 10:00 am to 18:00 pm.
What are the methods of payment available?
Our customers can choose among a range of methods of payment, including credit card, PayPal, payment on delivery, as well as bank deposit. Kindly note that orders are processed and shipped after payment has been made (or has been shown as received in our bank account), for both the price of the selected goods on order, as well as the cost of shipping.
How will my order be delivered?
Depending on the delivery address, your order will be delivered by a kylix.gr employee, or by our preferred partner of courier services or, in certain cases, by post or a 3rd party shipping company. In addition, our customers have the option of picking up their order through our shop in Kolonaki (20 Karneadou Str. / +30 210-7245143), free of charge.
Is an exchange possible after an order is delivered?
We are happy to exchange goods, in cases of faults in their content or packaging. In such a case, our customers are requested to inform us within five (5) working days, in order for kylix.gr to arrange substitution or refund (credit card or bank transfer only – no cash).
Are my transactions with kylix.gr safe?
All electronic financial transactions with kylix.gr are conducted either through web banking with Piraeus Bank or through PayPal Inc. Transaction safety is guaranteed through the terms and conditions of these two respective organizations.
Is the personal data that I use when shopping with kylix.gr safe?
Any collection of personal data by kylix.gr is done with the sole purpose of improving communication and customer service. Entering such data by our customers constitutes their written consent for use for the above purposes. Kylix.gr will never rent, sell or forward the personal data of its customers to any 3rd party for any reason whatsoever.
Can one order gifts from kylix.gr?
Of course. Kylix.gr specializes in gifts (personal or corporate) and has one of the most popular gift catalogues in the market. You can choose the gift that you want (or create your own), forward us your message with wishes and the recipients address, and we will take care of the rest.
What are your delivery times?
As long as the item(s) that you wish to order is indicated as “available”, it will be with you within 2-3 working days. If an order is placed before 15.00 in the afternoon, same-day delivery is possible, at extra cost. For July and August the same day order must be ordered by 14:00.
What are your shipping costs?
Costs of shipping range according to the location of the delivery address. We will, however, aim to ensure that the cost of shipping your order will be as competitive as possible. The exact amount of the shipping cost is calculated at the final stage of your order, on the basis of your address and postcode. Kindly note that, for orders over €30, delivery within the region of Attiki is free of charge. In addition, our customers can bypass shipping costs altogether, by picking up their orders from our shop in Kolonaki (20 Karneadou Str. / +30 210-7245143), at the same taking advantage of its longer opening hours).
If I live in a secluded area, will delivery of my order be at extra cost?
If the system recognizes the area of your address as “difficult to access”, it will notify you accordingly. In that case, it is possible that your order will have a higher shipping cost and a longer delivery time. To bypass both these, you can choose to pick up your order from the nearest TNT Courier point (must be done within 10 working days from the day your order is delivered to that point).
Is it possible to arrange delivery of my order at a specific time that is convenient to me?
If you require your order to be delivered early in the morning (before 10am) or within a specific 2-hour window on a certain day, you can request it and it will be done. We should inform you, however, that, based on its company policy, our preferred partner of courier services will charge extra for this service.
